Chloe O’Neill is from Springfield, MO. She graduated from Kickapoo High School in 2017. She was an active member of the color guard and winter guard at Kickapoo for 4 years. After high school, she spun at Missouri State University with National Avenue 2018-2019. She has also been a part of the Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps color guard (2019). She is currently attending Missouri State University for Media production. Chloe is excited for this inaugural season with La Voûte Performance Ensemble.
