Andrew Harmon began his color guard career at Timberland High School competing in the MCCGA circuit (2019-2020) having been part of the 2020 graduating class which got cut short, In addition to winter guard, Andrew is an accomplished trumpet player, marching 4 years in the Timberland marching band (2016-2019) and a performing member of Timberland’s symphonic band (2018-2020). Andrew recently joined the North Point High School Grizzly Guard Staff (2021). Over the summer, Andrew also attended the Big Muddy Dance company summer intensive where he trained in ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance. Additionally, he performed in the closing showcase where he was cast in numerous pieces, including ballet (Emily Ramirez), 2 jazz styled pieces (Geoff Alexander) (Brandon Fink), and 2 contemporary styled pieces (Marc Macaranas) (Geoff Alexander). This will be Andrew’s second season with LVPE and he is excited to perform at his first ever WGI finals.
