Nami Rutherford
Nami Rutherford is from Chesterfield, Missouri. She attended Parkway Central High School, where she was an active member of the color guard and winter guard for 4 years. After graduating high school, Nami performed with Avidity Independent in 2019. She studied fine arts at St. Louis Community College in Florissant Valley for two and a half years until 2021. Nami has been a technician and choreographer for the color guard at Francis Howell Central High School since December 2018, and now serves as their director. During the summer, Nami is a brass visual technician for the Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps since starting in 2023. She is currently a visual artist that also works as a studio manager at an inclusive art studio in Maplewood called Artists First. Nami is both excited and devastated to spend her fifth and final season with La Voûte Performance Ensemble for her age-out, as LVPE has been the best home she could ever ask for.
